The fifth edition of this freedom run is an initiative by We Wonder Women advocating women’s equality and safety. While we have made significant strides in breaking down gender barriers, there is still a long way to go. Women and girls, with their unique identities, still face disproportionate challenges. Let’s seize this amazing opportunity to reaffirm our commitment towards achieving equality and ensuring the safety of women, both locally and globally.

Freedom Run is more than just an event—it’s a powerful movement for change. An initiative of We Wonder Women, this annual awareness run brings communities together to champion online safety and digital rights for women. Since its inception, Freedom Run has grown into a platform for advocacy, action, and solidarity—rallying thousands to stand against cybercrime, promote digital dignity, and create a safer online space for women and girls. Each edition focuses on pressing issues, sparking dialogue and inspiring change both locally and beyond.

CYBER CRIME AGAINST WOMEN

We are holding our 4th Edition of FREEDOM RUN 2024 with the theme of CYBER CRIME AGAINST WOMEN. Our previous three editions were held in Coimbatore. This year Freedom Run Marathon will be a meaningful event focused on “Cyber Crime Against Women”. A portion of the funds collected during this marathon will go towards empowering women through education, skill-based training and awareness sessions.
